Infant Room
Our Montessori style infant room is set up so your infant will be able to access toys at their level. We have many manipulative toys at the infants reach so they are able to stimulate their minds and learn through play. We add new toys to our infant room often so they are not always offered the same thing. Also, no matter their age 0 months or 12 months we will communicate and talk with them as hearing our voices and being exposed to more language from a young age is important in their overall language and speech development. We have many play areas for free crawling, activity bouncers, relaxing swings, etc. We also have cribs for rest areas, and for our older infants who may no longer like the crib or try to climb in it, we can offer a cot for them to sleep on like our older friends attending the center.
Our toddler room is a Montessori style room where all toys are accessible to the children and at their level. We have many stations set up in this room, we have a food/cooking station, a reading nook, 2 sensory walls, animals, cars and more. This room will keep your little one busy all day long. We also have a radio to have music time with our little ones. The hokey pokey is a hit in this room! In this room we talk and sing a lot to really work on getting your newly talking toddler comfortable with their words, we will work on proper pronunciation of speech and being able to tell how we are feeling. Working on fine motor skills like grasping, pinching, and hand eye coordination will happen often when using our sensory walls, sensory tables and creating art.
